Stockies wising up

The stock fish that were introduced a few months ago to the club lake seemed to have wised up to lures being pulled in front of them as shown by only one fish on my last session and one in the first hour of todays. I decided to fish a static fly about 2ft under an indicator. This had an almost immediate response as the fish hit my static offering. A lime green beaded egg fly was readily taken and after half a dozen fish I tried a leather worm fly. This produced another couple of fish to finish with 9 after a little over 2 hours of fishing.
